Hi! My maintaining balance is only 5,000 last sept 2014 suddenly i found out that new maintaining balance was 10,000 na. I withdraw my 5,000 last sept 2014 also due to money matter. Now month of Nov 2014 I want to deposit my check amounting more than new maintaining balance to my account. Is it ok? My account still active pa ba before I deposit my check kahit almost wala na naiwan last sept to my account? Thank you

Not for me. I tried a year and couple of mos ago to open a savings account with BDO but I was told that I can’t because I was with BPO at that time. Di ko alam kung anung reason sa pagiging Call Center Agent ko at dineny nila yung application ko. I was 19 then. I had complete requirements with me.. I opened an account with BPi, which was easy and fast. Last week, I verified the requirements needed since napakalayo ng BPI from my place, I’m already 21 and a student. I was advised to bring 2 valid ID’s and my school registration form, I even told the Ms. that I renting a place near the univ. So I did. After a week bumalik ako and again, for the 2nd time around, walang nangyari kasi di daw pwedeng iapprove yung application ko ng walang proof of billing. BDO people don’t know what they’re doing. I even asked any work around but there was no answer, the woman said that they need proof of billing with my name on it and the address I am currently staying at. So ang expected nila, ang mga 21 yo dapat may sarili ng bahay, para may bill na under his name. Customer Service of BPO sucks. They should be trained again. Well, most of them.

bakit may service charge na kahit 3000 pa ang balance ko, ang pagkaka alam ko 2000 ang initial deposit kapag atm and passbook?
if you deposited the money on a different location, say the account is from manila and you made the deposit in the province, an additional fee of at least P50 will be required.

Hello po… I just wanna ask po!! Kasi sabi po sakin since 18 years old po ako instead 5kk, 2k lang po ang maintaining balance… That is an ATM card with Passbook na po??? medyo nalilito po ako,… pwede po paki explain lang po yung akin… it is seriously confusing po…
